Business Challenge
In response to the major healthcare industry regulatory changes, Daymarck - a national provider of outsourced medical coding and OASIS review services for post-acute healthcare providers, has challenged themselves to implement a digital service that would help with standardization of healthcare patient's examination reports. The industry needed a subscription-based service that allowed medical institutions to fax, email, or submit patient exams via an online form, track the status of the submission, and download the standardized result. The solution had to work at a scale and should have supported a variety of input formats.
How we helped
Given the widespread adoption of Salesforce platform throughout medical institutions, Qualtie selected Salesforce as a base for the solution. This allowed providing consumers with the problem-solving service right within the boundaries of their familiar environment. Another important factor to consider was a great scalability of Salesforce platform, which allowed serving a significant number of consumers with fast parallel processing of their submissions. The implementation was proven to be successful as the system attracted multiple consumers within the first months after launch and was generating more than $1M in annual revenue.
